It would depend what format basecamp can export their Projects. Basecamp allows you to export as HTML or XML. We are able to import via XML if the file came from MS Project but XML files can also be opened and then saved in Excel. We have a tool that allow you to import Projects (or any object for that matter) into Clarizen as long as the format of the fields are correct and valid.
