When you specified that you want to Report On Projects, use the Filter to specify which parameters, select Project field and Set as Runtime checkbox. This will allow you to specify a specific Project every time you run the report. or set the Project hard set and do not check the Set at runtime if you do not want to be able to choose a different one at runtime.
