How do I start a discussion with everyone on all projects

Morning,

I currently have 40 projects and, of course, all of those projects have different engineers, PM's, stakeholders, etc.

How can i start a discussion and include everyone from all of my projects, without actually adding them all in individually?

Hi Martin,

You can use the Discussion Group called "All Company" that includes everyone in Clarizen. Let me know if this helps.

Hi Tom.  Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately that doesn't help as I only want to email/start a discussion with the people working on myprojects.

Hi Martin,

While adding Group Members you can filter your selection by Assigned Work Items. You will first need to add Assigned Work items field to your filter (manage) and add your projects. That way you will see all assigned resources on your projects and you will be able to add all resources to this discussion in bulk. See link: http://screencast.com/t/yVbWt2rHpfib
