Assigning off line / "Non-Clarizen" Resourcs to a project

Hi.  I need to assign some tasks to resources that should not (will not) be "invited" to Clarizen.  How do I get them in my resource pool without sending them an invite?  Should I just make up a bogus address for them?

Hello, 

You can create a user with no license or Email Only (no access to Clarizen). When you click Invite User, go to Advanced and uncheck 'Send an email invitation to this user'. In fact, if you specify User Type = NONE, the email invitation will be unchecked and you will not be able to check it.
