Global Settings

I don't understand the sense of the Add exception in the calender of Global settings, especially Exception Type "Personal time off" - how is it possible if the settings concern the whole organization but not resource.

Helen, 

I can see how this is confusing and Personal Time Off is not one you would normally use at the Global Calendar. Normally, holiday is used at the Global level or other depending on the situation.
