Hi everyone,
when looking at the work plan of one of your projects, I can see that I have pending time under a few of my tasks. I open up the task and the associated time entries and I see that I have some time that is categorized as unsubmitted, but it also says it has been approved (see screen shot attached). Can someone please explain why this is the case?

This is incorrect. The Approved By field should be blank. We will require you to open a case on this one as it will require further troubleshooting. Please include your Grant Login Access URL, Project/Task details where you are seeing this and any further information relevant.

Thanks for the quick reply! I already approved the time, thinking it was a user error on our end. Next time I see this, I will create a case for it.
