There were no other reports of this. this will likely require investigation with access to your system. For this scenario, it would be required to open a ticket and provide us full details and the Grant Login Access link so that we can investigate.

FollowBug in Clarizen system?
All of our scheduled workflow reports were emailed multiple times today - is there a bug within the system?

The scheduled workflow report in question has non-Clarizen users who are sent the report via email. They received 2 copies of the scheduled workflow report copies, one from system@clarizen.com and a duplicate copy from system@clarizentb.com

Scheduled workflow reports can still be sent to non-clarizen users since it can be an email. They received two copies because the workflow rule exists in the production and training environment and hence the duplication. If you want us to further investigate, please go ahead and open a support case with an access link so we can take a look at your environment.
