Hi Brandi,
You would need to edit the work plan view itself and add the column there. You would then need to save the view and everyone else will see it. Please refer to my screenshots.

How do I adjust the fields visible on a project workplan for all users that access that project, not just myself?
I have added the description field to the work plan but it is only showing up for me. I am an admin user, how can adjust what fields appear for other useres?
