Hi Peter,
These are auto calculated fields and cannot be changed. However, you can create your own custom fields that does these calculations instead of using the ones provided.

Disable Actual Cost?
Is there a way to disable the calculation of Actual Cost from the "Actual Effort' field? Our teams will be logging time against the project, but not at the task level. Because of this, the hours could be double counted. I would only like Actual Cost to be calculated by taking the Cost Rate times the number of Hours logged against the project.
