How do you create a generic, placeholder resource for a Project Template?

I know that you are required to provide an email address for the user being added to the system. How can you get around this when wanting to create generic users for use in project templates?

Hi Spencer,

You can create the user with a real email address and later on replace the email with a fake email address.
