can reports send a e-mail every week to a certain mailaccount?

Hi, 

 

I've made a report and know how to send it to a user. But I want Clarizen to send every week a statusupdate from a report to specific mailaccounts, that have no clarizen account.

 

is this possible and how?

Hi Veerle,

This is very possible. Once you have built the report, you would need to set up a Scheduled Workflow Rule that sends this report to a certain user every week. To go to the schedule workflow rule you would need to go to Settings > Configure > Create new scheduled workflow rule.
