At the moment, we do not have an out of the box solution for this as our system does not handle increasing rates yet. We do have this as a feature request and there is no ETA for this just yet. However, a workaround would create another user and assign the old license to the new user and just change the login name for the new user. There are other ways as well and I recommend you asking your CSM for the best solution for your business needs.
