add task with additional description

Dear Clarizen,

I am using a workflow rule to notify an external user when he/she gets a new task (in the ToDo list)  assigned. Works excellent.

Now, I want to add some additional description to the task before sending it to my resource. But since I can not add a description when creating a new task and the task is created with Active status, the user is notified before I enter the description.

Is there a way to create tasks with default state as 'Draft' ? Or any other suggestion?
