Task in a Template

We have certain line items in our template that may not be needed on all projects but we would rather not delete the task.  Is there a strikethrough or other method we could use.  We are currently marking it 100% and adding a note to the task.

Dana, 

We do not have a strikethrough but there is a Cancelled STATE. You can set the state of the Task as cancelled which will show with a RED X and Cancelled but will still be there. Having a Task in Cancelled state will also NOT rollup work, duration, dates, etc.
