This is normal. Note the scroll bar on the right, the query window does not start at HOME (all the way at the top). If you scroll up, you will find what you are looking for.

New Query
When I open the New Query window in excel using the Clarizen Add In, I don't get the option to choose an Entity type? Once I select an Entity type Im assuming various objects become available for me to select . Do I need to install some type of API to get this to work?
