Yes. You can create a Scheduled Workflow Rule that runs based on certain Critieria and the Action would be Send Report.

Can you schedule clarizen reports to be run automatically?
I have created a custom report and I want it to run weekly. Is there a way to schedule the report to be run and exported on a weekly basis without requiring me to login and run the report manually?

Hi Boris,
How do I create a Scheduled Workflow Rule? When I go to Configure, which Item Type to I select to create the Workflow rule under? What do I put in the Criteria if I want the report to run every Monday at 9am?

This really depends on which report you want to run and what you want to run the report on (i.e. Users, Projects, Tasks, etc.). This will really tell you where you specify the rule. I think you would really benefit from our Advanced Q&A Webinars that can answer questions regarding this.
