Off Track Tasks - Email Only Users

If a task is Off Track, can an email only user still update the status? We have found that these tasks are still included in the email updates, but that there are no long links to update these past due items.

Hi Lauren,

An email only user can still update the status. What needs to happen is for the manager to send an email update request and there should be two links that the user should be able to update with. Please see my screenshot.
