how to deactivate my account trial period account??

how to deactivate my account trial period account?

I have created an account initially. Now we have bought the license but I am not able to login into our organisational account, instead I am directed to the old account.

Is there a way to delete/deactivate the trial period account and sign up as a new user with the organisational account.

Hi Azhar,

If your account is a trial, all emails and the account will terminate automatically once your trial period ends, about 30 days after it was created. You can also log in, delete all projects and toggle off Allow Emails setting for all users.

It seems like you are logging in with a trial user name. You should have a unique login name for your new organization account.

Please reach out to Admin of your organization and he/she will be able to provide you with the new username.

You can also trigger forgot username email, go to www.clarizen.com and click on the Login Icon as if you are going to log onto the Application. Click on the 'Forgot your User Name?' link and provide your email address and the Security Code.

If you are still having troubles logging into your new account, please open a support case and we will help you further.
