Definition of Full User Type needed

I'm a new admin to Clarizen and am looking at the documentation to try to understand what a Full User Type is.

http://usermanual.clarizen.com/#1-4-about-user-types-roles  - doesn't mention it. Is the doc old and a Full User used to be called something else? If yes, what?

Either way, if someone can confirm the Full User's privileges that would be very helpful.

I have a description of Roles on the page linked above, but not the one that I'm trying to figure out.
