how to change billing information

Hi Mary,

To upgrade your credit card information please go through your Clarizen Account to the Navigation Bar>>People>>Utilities>>Buy New Licenses. You will not be actually buying new licenses, but inputting the new credit card information.

1. Please submit a PO and enter 0 new licenses

2. Click Apply Order ID in the Grand Total section of the form

3. Enter gil.heiman in the order ID, and click Apply

4. Amount should show up as: $0.00

5. Enter your Credit Card information

6. Please add in comments "Updating Credit Card Information" Very Important.

Hi Diana,

The above steps did not work.  Please see attached screen shot for errors and let me know what I should do different.  I need to upgrade ASAP as one of my users is locked out.

Instead of using gil.heiman, please use clzn2015 in the order ID. Please let me know if this helps.
