Hi Daniel,
We do offer our software in different languages. What you would need to do is go to "Settings > Global Settings" and in the Properties/Search bar, type in "language and you should be able to change the language. Please refer to my attachment.
Our software is all cloud based so it will save anything you do in real time. The data is saved on our cloud based servers so you would not have to worry about losing data due to a computer crash.
