Project status thresholds

I'm sure I've seen it documented somewhere but can't find it now. What criteria does Clarizen use to mark a project status At Risk (amber) or Off Track (red)? I know that it looks at expected progress vs actual progress and also due dates but I need to know the thresholds as one or our projects is reporting At Risk and I can't understand why. Any help gratefully received.

Hello Tracy,

The project status changes to:

At Risk (Amber) - If the Actual Percent Completed is 10% or more below the Expected Percent Completed

Off Track (Red) - The due date of the task has passed and the Actual Percent Completed is less than 100%

Here is the article: http://usermanual.clarizen.com/4-3-7-scheduling-status

For further clarification, please join our Q&A session and we will demo some examples for you.

All the best,

Diana

Hi, where would I find information about how Project Status is identified (Amber vs Red vs Green). I understand how it's calculated at Leaf level. One of my project's expected completion is 94% and I am at 88% (6% below), however the project status is Amber. If the calculation is similar to leaf level it is below the 10% margin and I expect the Green status.
