My company is currently researching using Clarizen. I do not see any capability to backup the data we put into the system other than one project at a time which is clunky. I have 2 questions:
How can an end user backup their complete data?
What backup practices do you have in place to help put me at ease with the fact that I have no control of how my data is backed up.

What kind of backup are you looking for? You are currently able to export all Project and subsequent data to Excel if you wish. Are you looking for more than this?

Good news Aragon, this feature is indeed now available in V6. All you need to do is go to Work Items or the Projects module, select multiple projects and then go to Utilities >> Export >> Download Excel Work Plan (or Email Excel Work Plan).
