My tasks on a project are out of order

My tasks are out of order - I've tried to change the sequence date (that had auto filled), but its not letting me. I need to fix the view to make this a workable file.

This might be related to a sort in place. Can you scan for a sort indication >> http://screencast.com/t/u8jLvMasIp and click on Clear Sort and let me know if this helps?
