How do you turn off an error indicator email

Our Clarizen administrators keep getting an error message email when a new task is assigned claiming that the Project Name field is empty. We do not use the project name field for "to do list" tasks. How do we turn off this error message?

Hi Brandi,

Thank you for contacting Clarizen Support.

Since the code of this application includes Parent of task, it throws an error, as there is no Parent for TO-DO tasks ( http://screencast.com/t/D0urnC15). I would recommend tweaking the rule if you would like to run it on floating tasks. See this article: https://clarizen.zendesk.com/entries/25247508.
