Can Clarizen be used as a Support Portal?

Can the customer (not referring to ourselves as the customer) have access for the following reasons:

1) add issues/tasks

2) review issues/tasks

3) update issues/tasks

we are not currently worried about SLA violations

and what licence would be acceptable to make this happen? social?

I believe you opened a ticket for this but just to answer in the Forum, yes you can. You can do this by creating your Customer Contacts as External Users (permission) with the appropriate licenses (Team Member most likely). 

You can use our patent Interact functionality which would allow your customers to send emails to Clarizen which will be created as Issues, Requests, etc.
