Great question! You can use our 2 standard fields for prioritizing/categorizing your projects: Priority and** Importance**. (If these fields do not meet your requirement, you can simply create a custom field at the Project enitity). To add existing fields to your view, simply click on a gear icon >> Manage and add these fields to your layout. See link: http://screencast.com/t/botPyHugsW
Thereafter, with our powerful filtering and sorting capabilities, you can use this view and share as report or create a customized report that will include projects based on these prioritized projects.
