We have multiple projects per customer. If I go to the Customers module, I can see all of the projects linked to that Customer, and I can expand the work plans for each project. However, I want to have the Roadmap view for each customer so I can see at a high level the timeline and overlapping areas of each project. Is this possible?

The Roadmap is only available at the Project level, not the Customer level which is why you do not see it. You can simply drill down into the Project from the Customer Work Plan where you are viewing the Projects. Drill down to the Project will bring you to the Project and allow you to see the Roadmap.
If you want the Roadmap available at the Customer module, this would be considered a Feature Request.

This would be a really useful feature to have as it provides a graphical overview of all projects to senior stakeholders.
Another way of doing this, at the moment, is to put all projects into a portfolio and produce a roadmap from that portfolio. However, the problem with this is it displays all projects, including projects that are not Active.
Whilst we are waiting for the customer roadmap view, is there anyway to filter out non active projects from a roadmap view?

Martin, no. The roadmap does not have that functionality at this time and would be considered a Change Request. Let me know if you would like me to submit this request
