Project resource can't see project or enter timesheets

Hi,

I created a project and added a resource to it but when the resource logs in he can't see the project or enter timesheets.  Do I need to do anything additional setup?

Vip, 

There could be a number of reasons why this is occurring. Please verify the following...

  • The Project/Task is configured to Update Actual Effort from timesheet

  • Is configured as Reportable

  • Resource has at least a Team Member license (Time & Expense user will not be able to see Project/Task but will see them on Timesheet).

If this does not help, please open a ticket for further investigation.
