Hi. I have a test account and I am playing with the different options. I saw that there is an option to st project priority but not sure I fully understand how ( http://screencast.com/t/botPyHugsW).
Is it a default field or an API..?

I do not believe this is a default field which means it is likely a Custom Field. To look at your Custom fields, you need to be and Admin and go to Settings--> Configure and view Custom Fields. Looks like it would be called Priority or similar.
