You can do this by going to the People module and then selecting the user. After that you would need to click "Admin" and then "Reset Password." Please see my attached image for reference.

As an Admin, how do I reset a user's password?
I'd like to reset a user's password. What are the steps. Why can't I find this in the manuals or the online help? Seems like a common question.

Yes, it will email the user with a reset password email.

I do not see an image attached. Where am I clicking on admin, I do not see that on my screen.

You may need to open a request if you continue to have issues but if you go to the People Module and highlight the user you want to reset the password for. Go to the toolbar menu and above the buttons you will see the Admin tab (looks like a blue link). Click on it and then you will see Reset Password button
