How to access temporal planned work data in Excel plugin

The "Project Utilization" report provides columns per week (or month) for planned work and reported work.

I would like to provide similar information in an Excel report (using the excel plugin).

The only effort (hours) that have a temporal element (date related to them) is timesheet entries - and their capture date.

How can I display when work is 'planned' to be done?

I've attached the Project summary report - the columns I would like to reproduce for the excel plugin report are L-AM

Thanks

Hi Chad,

Great question. Let me get back to you on this. I will need some tinkering around as well.

Hi Chad,

I played around with this many different ways and could not find out to do it as you described. I have asked the creator of the report and still awaiting his reply regarding this on how to recreate it in Excel.

Hi Chad,

I have an update for you. Only resource load function has the capability to spread estimated work over time. That was the reason why Project Utilization report was written originally. As of right now, Excel Add in is not able to support the type of report you are looking for but it will be in future releases. As of right now, there is no planned date and you cannot run such report.
