Hello, My team has been adding comments to a Word document file in Clarizen. The document is related to a project. I can see the comments. However, I need to save the document with comments and print the document with comments. I am unable to do either. When I download the standard download - no comments are visible. When I dowload within Clarizen to PDF with comments there are no comments visible. Please advise.

Are you download the document using the "DOwnload annotated PDF"? Please refer to my screenshot. Also, what PDF reader are you using to view the PDF files? It is best if you use Adobe Reader 9 to view the comments on the files. Please refer to my .pdf file and open it with Adobe Reader 9 and let me know if you can see the comments.
