How can I manage custom actions showed in left menu

Hello!

If you are an admin, you can click on your name on the top right and then go to "Settings" and click on "Configure". Also, you can click "Settings" if it is enabled on your Navigation bar. You will not see "Settings" if you are not an admin. Please let me know if this helps.

To manage the custom actions, you would need to disable the custom actions and then it will not show up in the panel.

I have lots of enabled custom actions and only one is shown in the left pane.

In order for a Custom Action to show up in the Navigation Bar as you show in your attached screenshot, the Custom Action needs to be created at the Organization level and all of yours are at lower levels (i.e. Project, Task, Work Item, etc.).

Unfortunately, you cannot move from one item type to another. You will need to recreate the rules. From left pane, click on Organization Item Type and create new Custom Action. Copy the settings from the old to the new and then enable the new Custom Action.
