Can you change the owner of an expense report?
Is it possible to change the owner of an expense report - one person is entering the report for someone else. I thought this was possible but the Owner field is locked. The person entering the report is all of Admin / Finance / Super User.

Right. It looks like when I create it I can select a different owner, but once it is created I cannot change it. Is that right?

Are you referring to the Created By at the Expense Sheet Item or the Owner at the Expense Sheet itself?

Not sure why this may not be working for you. You should be able to make the change. See my attached video. If issue continues, please provide screen captures and Grant Access to environment via new case/ticket.

In looking for an answer to this I see I asked the same question two years ago. I'm a super user and financial user, I'd like to change the owner of an expense sheet but that field is locked.
