You need to have Admin permissions. Then you need to go to Settings --> Profiles and either in the Base or Default Profile (or other profile if desired), you go to the Cases-->Request Item type on the left panel and click on Field Layout. You will see the Property Card Edit button and from there, you can add/remove any fields available. see attached.
Note:
Making the change at Base level will make a Global change across all Profiles while making the change at a specific Profile will only affect the members/users assigned to that profile.
