Add a filter to show only unsubmitted hours

You should be able to run a report on unsubmitted hours. Several of them let you choose whether or not you would like to see this information.

I see that it is possible to identify unsubmitted hours in the report, but I agree with Kees, it would be much better if there was a way that highlighted, reminded, alerted for unsubmitted hours.   Or maybe an auto-submit which could be immediate, daily, weekly. 

I personally don't have a need for the two step submit.  We let our team enter hours and we review them.

Good news, we will be releasing a new system setting within the next few months that will let you remove the submit process and auto-submit time.  You can do this with customizations today, but the system setting will be a much better option since it will hide unnecessary buttons and other UI elements.
