Resource leveling is a project management technique used to examine unbalanced use of resources (usually people or equipment) over time, and for resolving over-allocations or conflict.

Leveling is quite complicated to do in a multi project environment, since taking a resource to 100% load could mean substantially affecting scheduled of multiple projects in the system. However, we do have a solution that we are planning to launch in the future.
