Are you talking about filtering the data? If so you can just the filter button on the upper right of the panel to filter the data instantly.

Configure the Pop-up box for the scatter chart
The ability to create charts in particular the scatter chart is a very nice addition to V6. It would be nice to be able to modify (configure) the information shown when you hover over the object (project, case, ...). Is there any plans to allow for this in the future similar to how you allow configuration of views?

I would like to endorse this feature request as well. The ability to modify/replace standard scatter chart "hover over objects" details with other project objects would be incredibly useful.

I do not see an option to create the scatter and bubble reports, where can I find it.

In the Project Module when you click on the view choose edit and the top left option allows you to Display As (use drop down and select Chart). Then you can select the type of chart or charts (allows for 1 or 2).

Can I create a 2d report where the y axis is the project name the x axis is the milestone name and the content is the due date of the milestons

Yes, you can do this, you just need to go into the configurations and specify what you want for the X and Y axis.
