Completely agree and we have many improvements coming to the scatter chart/dashboards later this year.

Scatter Chart Customization
We are using a scatter chart with the following setup
x-axis: Custom field
y-axis: Phases
Phases have been listed alphabetically, but we'd prefer they be ordered chronologically per our internal processes. A feature allowing the customization or axis labels would be helpful.
