We do project development and would love a better way of saving documents. Maybe something like a master repository that shows all files upload to the entire project. Also if it was possible to have an option of give revision numbers automatically. This would be helpful as we do a lot of ISO handled documents that must have revision numbers in the file name.

These are all things that we are looking at for the next iteration of our document management system. However, for now I would recommend looking at our integrations with Box and Google Docs. I particularly like how Google Docs provides you with a full audit trail of all changes made, supports multiple users editing the same doc simultaneously, and allows you to edit some documents directly from within Clarizen.
My corporation does not allow us to use google docs or drop box. We are stuck to using Word for that stuff.
Gotcha, we will have document management updates alter this year that will make it easier to manage files from within Clarizen.
