Add the ability to reject timesheet entries

Time sheet approval module is very lacking. It only allows the capability to approve. How about reject? How about asking questions?

We already open requests for reject in timesheets and I just added one to add discussion or email options to the timesheet. Both are great requests.

Any news on rejecting? We are now using Timesheets (and the Approvers module) extensively and this would be good.
