add tool tips
It would be helpful to have tool tips for the column headers. Especially helpful for the financial fields so that you can not only see the definition for the field, but what is the calculation performed.

These tooltips are available today. For your custom fields, just put in a description and that will become the tooltip.

Can you confirm you are able to see the tool tips? If you hover over the columns, you should see the information. If you are trying to look at one that does not have a pop up tool tip, let me know and I can submit that but it seems this is available.
