In our organization, we'd like also be informed of which project a discussion is happening in.
Currently there is only a task name and we can have multiple tasks with the same name in different projects. So add the Project (if the discussion is not taking place within the context of a project), if available.
I know you're working on making assignment e-mails configurable - otherwise this would be a wish as well. Issue updates really need a customer as well for us (as well the Resolved in Project).

It looks like there are multiple Feature Requests here. Let me confirm this is the case...
1 - Ability to show Project Name, not just Task Name in email/notifications of discussions.
2 - Issue updates really need a customer (as well as the Resolved in Project) as part of the updates/emails/notifications.
