This is not a big thing, but we work a lot in email (liaising with clients, getting information from clients, sending deliverables to clients), and it would be nice to be able to see the message ID for an existing email chain, without having to drill down into the individual messages.
Would this be possible?

Actually, could you provide more information to the flow of the email string(s) you are referring to. This may be possible currently. Please provide details and any screen captures that may help me better understand your needs so that I can verify if this possible.

I hope this helps. Like I said earlier, it's not a big thing, but if it's already possible then it would make our workflow easier - we need to do this copy/paste Message ID thing quite a bit because we send numerous reports, invoices, etc., to clients via email. Once the Clarizen update to allow email attachments is rolled out (which I believe is already in the pipeline), then we won't have this issue any more!
