Add the Expand function to the Shared Roadmap view

When a user shares a Roadmap view using a Widget the output shows the roadmap and gantt chart. The tasks in the gantt chart are all collapsed. To expand them all out the users needs to use each individual + sign on the groups of tasks and milestones. A licensed user in the project plan can use the Expand option in the Work Plan but a person receiving the Widget cannot.
