Attach risks to a project template

Hello, I think it would be useful to be able to create generic project risks and 'save' them as part of a project template in Clarizen, so that when creating a new project from a template there is the option to import the generic project risks that will attach to the project. The risks can then be deleted if not relevant, or have a strategy implemented to avoid/mitigate etc.

At the moment I have to have the risks in a CSV file, import them and manually attach them to a project.

Jonathan,

Yes, you can do this as part of your template by adding the generic risks within the Project and then saving as a template. Another option, that may be cleaner is that you can create a Custom Action at the Organizational level so it shows up in the Navigation Bar under Custom Actions. this Custom Action would allow you to create a new Project same as you can out of the box but you can add a field where you can populate a related risk. This will allow you to create the relation to the generic risk and create the Project in one step.

Saving the risks against the project would be ideal. I have tried this but I don't get the option to include cases. Can you please point me to a guide to get risks saved on a template?

Thank-you Boris :)
