Manager load view

Hi,

Currently we can view resource load in clarizen. But when is comes to allocating the proper number of projects with the proper number of hours to any given manager, we cannot currently view that in clarizen. This would be a very useful tool in making sure our managers do not become over whelmed.

This would take into account:

Total hours being managed over time. So if one project lasted from January to March of 300 hours and another project lasted from February to May at 400 hours, I would want to be able to look at my manager during the month of march (or any given week therein) and see how many hours of work they are managing. In this example. I would expect to see 200 hours during the month of March.

Has anyone else had this request?

Thank you. Similarly to the resource load where we can see actual assigned and planned and view the high level information with the ability to drill down to the projects list. The actual I would want a bit more specific. Utilize "work" hours.Taking into account the status of the work items (tasks) and the remaining hours to be completed over a period of time. We would like to see it by week so that we can have a view of a 4 week time frame. I am putting together an example report  to be made as a view (like the resource load) of what we would like to see ideally. I will add this example to this request by EOD today.

Hi Boris,

I just wanted to make sure you received my example document. Thank you for providing me with a reference ID. But where should I enter that ID? Do I open a case, or simply ask my CSM to check on it for me? This is not listed in the "Check your existing requests" section

Thank you.
