'Email To' with formatted email templates

It would be great within the 'Email To' option to have a drop down list of templates that are emails that are auto formatted including the name and date/time. We have alot of Tasks in our Work Plan that we send out email reminders before or follow-up emails after. We are constantly having to type the same email or creating signatures in outlook to copy and paste into emails to send these out. If Clarizen could allow us to create templates and then can insert the name and date/time from a field within the Project directly into the email that would save so much time and be really effective. The last company I worked for had Salesforce and this was a fantastic feature. Any questions or further information needed please let me now.

Unfortunately, this is not in the pipeline yet. We will change the status as soon as the plan changes.

Hey Guys, you can do this in the system now, we just set it up for our company. We were able to set it up in two ways; one where the email is automatically sent a business day before a task is due as a reminder, and two, by Custom Action to send manually whenever you want. We were able to include attachments automatically, populate the clients name and Project Owner's name automatically, and even auto post the date and time of the task from fields within our Work Plan. Pretty awesome feature I must say, Clarizen should really make this standard. I worked with Ritesh in Dev to get this set up.

I am happy to stand corrected on this =)  So it is possible with Professional Services but not out-of-the-box.
