Thank you for the suggestion. In order to better understand what you are trying to do, could you please provide us with your Use Case? What kind of Surveys are you trying to create and what do you want to do with them once you have them?
You may be able to do this with Requests in the Case Management Module or Tasks/To Dos in Task Management to do this. The survey itself can be created using a Custom Action that will allow you to fill out a form within Clarizen and the fields can be mapped and seen within the Tasks/Requests. This would allow you to assign them to Users, Report on the data and more.
